Washington, DC-- NEA's International Activities Director, Pennie Ojeda, will moderate a webinar on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. ET with guest presenter Joel Nantais, Visa Specialist with the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, Visa Office. The webinar is designed for those working at not-for-profit organizations in the United States who request visas on behalf of international artists invited to perform here. Joel will provide information to help U.S. arts presenters prepare their visiting artist(s) to complete the visa application form accurately, request an appointment for the visa interview, and go through the interview itself. The second webinar will be held July 10, 2013 and feature guest presenters from the Department of Homeland Security, Citizen and Immigration Services.
