To support the provision of technical assistance to emerging statewide assemblies through on- site training sessions, as well as for professional development and networking for statewide assembly staff and board members. The project includes national training sessions for United Statewide Community Arts Association members (approximately 40 assemblies), a Mentor Program, and scholarship funds for attendance at the 1999 and 2000 Americans for the Arts conventions.
