To support the Rhythm & Ribs Jazz and Blues Festival. The day-long indoor/outdoor event will feature 15 performances on three stages by local and nationally known jazz and blues artists such as Christian McBride, Charlie Hunter, Greg Gisbert, and Bobby "Blue" Bland, along with educational programming.

Circus Day Foundation (aka Circus Harmony)

To support conservation of Untitled, 1984, a major work by Donald Judd (1928-94). The three eight-foot square, 10,000-pound concrete cubes that comprise the work will be cleaned, treated for erosion remediation, patched, and resealed by a professional conservator in consultation with the Judd Foundation.

The Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis had invited community members to create work inspired by William Shakespeare within a 38-hour time frame with performances held around the city. Those events inspired the idea to create Shake38. In partnership with other theater organizations, the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis will invite people from around the world to post their own Shakespeare-inspired works on the site, to share resources, form collaborations, and develop their own Shake38 events.
