To support The Time Has Come 2010, a festival celebrating Washington County natives who are nationally-recognized artists. During the four-day festival, the work of artists such as sculptor William Beckwith, writer Brooks Haxton, and visual artist Alex O'Neal will be highlighted through panel discussions, workshops, and performances.
