To support the production of the play, Walk A Mile in My Drawers: The Lives and Times of Rodney Dangerous in the Field, The First Stand-Up Slave Comic, to be written, performed, and directed by Joyce J. Scott. The play will explore issues of racism and violence as they relate to the concept of black comedy.

To support production of a new play, Elima's Kitchen by Kwame Kwei-Armah. The play tells the story of three generations of West Indian men living in contemporary London. The production will offer after-school workshops, post-show discussions and student matinees.

To support a consortium project for the 18th Annual Folk Alliance Conference. In collaboration with the Texas Music Hall of Fame, the conference will introduce and showcase a wide range of Texas folk musicians to the membership which consists of performing arts presenters, festival bookers, marketing and public relations specialists, and record label representatives.

To support the final development and world premiere of Columbinus, a play about the1999 shootings at Columbine High School in Littleton, CO. Through extensive interviews and workshops with adolescents nationwide, the collaborators are exploring adolescent culture and behavior.
