Attention: Art Works-1 and Literature Fellowship Applicants

The Arts Endowment is introducing a new electronic process to notify applicants about the disposition of their applications. If you submitted an Art Works or Literature Fellowship application in March 2012, you should receive an e-mail on November 1, 2012, informing you of the result of your application review.  The e-mail notification will come from a mailbox such as Music@arts.gov. Please remember to check your spam folder/filter if you have not received an e-mail by Monday, November 5, 2012.

E-notifications will be sent to the Contact Person, Authorizing Official, and Project Director that were listed on your application. Please check with others in your organization to ascertain that your notification was received. You will not receive a paper notification. 

If you applied in March and have not received notification by November 5, 2012, please contact the Arts Endowment by using the e-mail address for the discipline you applied to, for example:
