:: Youngblood is Ensemble Studio Theatre's collective of emerging professional playwrights. For 18 years, Youngblood has served as the creative home for writers under 30, providing artistic guidance, peer support, and the opportunity for members to see their work presented on a stage in front of an audience. In this conversation with the NEA’s Josephine Reed, Youngblood co-directors Graeme Gillis and R.J. Tolan explains how this organization for 20-something playwrights works.
